We do not allow refunds for any purchase once made. That includes all auto-renewal for subscription services.

We have already provided free subscription for the service so we strongly advice you to check the service properly before making payment for the pro version.

Exception to this if we have to issue any refund in that case it may take up to 15 working days to process the refund.

The service charges for the payment gateways and other applicable charges are deducted from the refund amount and the remaining amount will be refunded to you by the payment gateway.

No Exceptions were made in case you have purchased the subscription in any of our festive offers or any other discounts announced by us. You are not eligible for the refund if you have purchased your subscription with any such offers given by us.

The Long-Term Plan offered exclusively during the Black Friday Sale is provided at a special discounted rate. Due to the nature of this promotional offer, the following conditions apply:

No Cancellation: Once the Long-Term Plan is purchased, the subscription cannot be cancelled for any reason.

No Refund: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-usage, change of mind, dissatisfaction, technical issues, or any other grounds.

Final Purchase: The Long-Term Plan should be purchased only if you are fully certain about your decision.
